"The Andrew Lloyd Webber gala was on Saturday evening at the Aegi Theater Broadway atmosphere in the air. And even a lot of that ...
... a dazzling Broadway show with sparkling sequin out-fits, high-profile singers and familiar tunes the musical master."

"The audience gets their money's worth. From "Love changes everything" and "All I ask of you" to "Evita". As Che enthuses Jonathan Radford with the song "Oh what a Circus" as well as Jesus with "Gethsemane" from "Jesus Christ Superstar". Permanent hit "Memory" from "Cats" should of course not be missed, celebrated by Lindsay Kearns, who also - together with a great in different roles Zac Hamilton - the "Phantom" earwig "Think of me" offers."

"It was now in a grand gala the master of the musical set a musical memorial, on which his most beautiful stage pieces sound and visually experienced a new interpretation ...
... Amazing value was also placed on the visual framework of this colorful Webber gala: Subtle, but effective film insertions in the background gave the individual contributions an atmospheric ambience, the subtle play with light effects and transparent fabric curtains repeatedly created a new atmosphere to constantly integrate the compositions into a subconscious interplay of emotions. "
"The ingenious and at the same time relaxed lighting and video technology contributed to the success of the gala. Presenter moderator Tyrone Chambers conducted the program charmingly and then immediately sang the next musical hit as a soloist."
