For concert goers

With the purchase of an admission ticket, the purchaser and admission ticket holder are subject to the following contractual conditions of the organizer:

1. With the exception of events that are specifically for children under 6 years of age, children under 6 years of age are prohibited from entering, even if they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
   Children and young people between 6 and 13 years of age are only admitted if they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Adolescents aged 14 and over are allowed to attend events until 10 p.m. without being accompanied by a parent or legal guardian;
   For party events, other provisions apply, which will be communicated separately in this case.
   In any case, please always bring your ID with you!

2. The organizer has no influence on the design, length, content and volume of the event.

3. Due to the volume at concerts, there is a risk of possible damage to hearing and health.

4. Claims for damages from positive breach of contract, negligence when concluding the contract and tort are excluded, unless the organizer, his legal representative or his vicarious agents have acted willfully or with gross negligence. Claims for damages due to the impossibility of performance and default are limited to compensation for the foreseeable damage in the case of slight negligence.

5. Bringing glass containers, cans, plastic bottles, food and drinks of any kind, pyrotechnic objects, torches and weapons is generally prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a removal from the event site without entitlement to a reimbursement of the admission price. A security check will take place at the entrance. The security service is instructed to carry out body searches.

6. We reserve the right to refuse entry for an important reason (against reimbursement of the entrance fee).

7. Bringing tape recorders, photo, film or video cameras with you is generally not permitted. Sound, photo, film and video recordings - even for private use - are strictly prohibited. Abuse will be prosecuted.

8. When leaving the event site, the admission ticket loses its validity.

9. Contractual relationships come about through the acquisition of the admission ticket exclusively between the purchaser and holder of the admission ticket and the organizer.

10. Admission tickets can only be taken back against reimbursement of the admission price if the event is canceled or canceled for reasons within the control of the organizer within eight days of the original concert date at the advance booking office where the admission ticket was purchased.

11. The events take place in all weathers. If an event is canceled due to bad weather, there is no entitlement to a refund.

12. The organizer reserves the right to reschedule and / or reschedule the event. A return of the admission ticket is only possible if the appointment is rescheduled (except in cases of force majeure and / or official measures). The ticket can only be returned at the advance booking office from which the card was purchased.

13. The organizer will immediately announce the cancellation / postponement via his homepage and, if possible, via the daily press, radio, the homepages of the ticket sales point and upon telephone request. Before larger expenditures for the visit (travel etc.) it is urgently recommended to inspect the homepages or to inquire by telephone with the organizer on the day of the event, since no claims for reimbursement of travel expenses can be asserted against the organizer in the event of an event cancellation.

14. The organizer reserves the right to change the program without prior notice.

15. When parking a vehicle, the instructions of the security staff are to be followed. It is recommended to use public transport.

16. The owner of the admission ticket parks his vehicle at his own risk.

17. The organizer assumes no liability for items lost and / or stolen during the event.

18. The acquisition of admission tickets for the purpose of reselling is generally prohibited. Free tickets are generally not for sale!
